Tampa continues to be a hotspot for new housing construction so it’s little surprise a luxury condo tower is being built close to downtown and St. Petersburg.
AQUA is under construction along the waterfront of Old Tampa Bay, just south of Gandy Boulevard. It’ll be part of the Westshore Yacht Club and is said to be the final piece of the Bay area’s “premiere yacht club community,” according to a release from real estate company Smith & Associates.
