Westshore Yacht Club Marina moves forward with expansion five years after acquisition

The Westshore Yacht Club Marina is on track for expansion five years after its acquisition.

Miami-based Integra Investments acquired the Westshore Yacht Club’s 147-slip marina from WCI, a subsidiary of Lennar Corp. in 2020. Now, the company will build additional floating docks, expanding the marina’s capacity, according to an environmental resource permit application with the Southwest Florida Water Management District. Seeking permits from SFWMD is often a first step toward construction.
