Shaw Di Martino, in Tampa, introduced a coastal construction project led by Garrett Roberton and Scott Baker, aiming for completion in 21 months.
Construction has officially started on Aqua, a 77-unit community in Tampa. The three-tower venture will occupy a 6.1-acre lot.
Tampa continues to be a hotspot for new housing construction so it’s little surprise a luxury condo tower is being built close to downtown and St. Petersburg.
Construction is underway for AQUA, one of Tampa Bay’s most anticipated condo towers.
Next week marks the groundbreaking of the prestigious AQUA Residences Tampa, a three-tower condominium project within the esteemed Westshore Yacht Club.
